What are the differences between the different license types?

We offer tiered license options based upon the number of active client accounts being managed. These are; Plus, Professional and Business

The Plus license allows up to 250 clients, the Professional license up to 500 clients and the Business license in increments over 1000 client accounts.

The Business license provides access to inclusive Live Chat Technical Support.

In addition it unlocks Priority Support, allowing you to promote a Technical Support enquiry to the top of the queue with a much faster SLA on a pay-per-ticket basis.
