When one of our professional services is ordered, an automated email will be sent listing the information we require to complete that service. For example, our Installation & Configuration Service includes link to a secure online questionnaire which asks about your preferred settings and server access credentials, whereas our Integration Service just needs the URL our your website layout you'd like us to match.
When we receive the information, an automated email will be sent acknowledging receipt containing a unique Ticket ID to track the work. Please ensure you receive this Ticket ID. If you do not get one then we may not have received your information.
