We generate invoices for license renewals 5 days before the renewal date.
We allow up to 5 days after the due date before considering a license unpaid. At that time the license will be suspended until payment has been received.
When the WHMCS install next calls-home (typically a few days) access to the administration area would be restricted. All automation, public and client-facing functions will continue uninterrupted.
