You can browse your clients, see statistics and information about them and send client related and product/service related email templates all from the mobile interface.
You are able to view all the orders in your system, change their status and activate them which can then automatically create the account, register the domains and send the relevant welcome emails to the client automatically.
Support Ticket Management
The support ticket management features everything you find in the full online version but in a condensed mobile format. You are able to mass delete or close tickets, change ticket options, make staff notes, change the status, flag them to other admins, reply and even open new tickets with customers.
Admin Summary & Notes
You can view details about how many tickets are open, how many are unanswered and how many orders are awaiting activation all from the mobile admin homepage where you also have access to your personal admin notes.
