Here at WHMCS, we pride ourselves on providing high quality and efficient technical support to all our users. Support can be obtained in the following ways:
1. Online Documentation
![]() | Our manual is constantly being updated and added to with more and more information about how to configure, use and perform common tasks and operations within WHMCS. If you are having a trouble understanding how something works, check here first. |
2. Community Forums
![]() | Our forums are very active and are a great way to get help with configuring the system and discuss new ideas with other users. The forums are primarily a place for discussion between users and although we do monitor the forums to identify issues, support is only offered through support tickets. |
3. Support Tickets
![]() | You should submit a support ticket when you are unable to find answers to your questions using the other resources. If you have a monthly license you are entitled to support at any time but if on an owned license, you may be required to renew your support and upgrades before help can be provided. |
