A. No, all you need to do is purchase a license key before your trial ends @ www.whmcs.com/order.php and you can then enter the new key you receive into your WHMCS install under Help > Change License Key

A. We have negotiated special offers and preferential rates with a number of suppliers that we can pass onto clients. These offers are only available to those who signup directly with us and can be accessed from the homepage after logging in @ www.whmcs.com/members/clientarea.php
Q. Can I customise my installation of WHMCS?
A. Of course! The WHMCS client area runs based on templates and so can be fully customised. This allows you to add, remove or change any of the aspects clients see. The admin area also has templates for the header/footer and a number of internal pages.
Q. Can I use WHMCS with my existing web site?
A. Yes. WHMCS can be used as a standalone system with one of it's default templates or customised to match your existing website design by simply customising the header & footer. We also offer an integration service where we do this for you for just $34.95 @ www.whmcs.com/services.php
Q. How do I know if my payment gateway/provisioning system/domain registrar is supported?

Q. What can I do as a developer myself to extend the system?
A. WHMCS has a modular design which allows you to create your own modules to drop-in for additional provisioning, registrar and gateway services support. There are also action hooks which allow you to tie your own code into certain actions that occur in WHMCS and a full API for data retrieval and actions from your other apps.
Q. Can I remove the "Powered by WHMCS" link?
A. Yes, we offer no branding licenses for $3 extra per month on leases or a $75 one off charge on owned licenses.
Q. Is WHMCS installed on my web server or hosted with you?

Q. What server requirements do I need to run WHMCS?
A. Providing your server supports PHP & MySQL you should be ok. Please see http://wiki.whmcs.com/System_Requirements for a detailed list of requirements.
Q. Can I have an additional license key for our test server before going live?
A. Yes. We understand the staging process involved when developing & maintaining a live website and so we offer a free second key for use in a private testing environment to all users who buy a license from us.

Q. How often are product updates released?
A. We aim to release new versions quarterly. Bug fix releases can be released during the quarter for the existing version.
