You can approve or delete them from whmcs admin. Once the WHMCS Admin approves the review, the client receives email saying it was approved. Also, they are able to choose to hide their e-mail address. Each customer is allowed to post only one review. Clients are able to update their reviews anytime (with your approval, of course)
